1. Overview
Chekkai ("Service") is a web platform for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content and detecting AI authorship. These Terms govern your use of the Service.

The following activities are strictly prohibited.
4. Pricing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; service continues through the end of the billing period.
5. Refund Policy
Full refunds are available within 7 days of payment if the Service has not been used. Refunds may be limited for accounts with usage. Contact privacy@chekkai.com to request a refund.
6. Limitations of Results
Chekkai's analysis is for reference only. Please be aware of the following.
7. Intellectual Property
The UI, logo, code, and brand assets of the Service belong to Chekkai. Text submitted by users remains the property of those users; Chekkai uses it solely to provide the Service.
8. Service Changes and Termination
Chekkai may modify or discontinue the Service with prior notice. If the Service is terminated, paid users will be refunded for any unused portion of their subscription period.
9. Disclaimer
Chekkai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Service is provided "as-is."
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
